The book makes out of body experience as very simple and trivial to experience but in reality it needs years of practice and meditation to reach that level.
So in a way I felt by oversimplification, the book, probably is going to be a disappointment to many, when they cant achieve any spiritual or paranormal experience.
Any way the language is very conversational and simple. Dont know if it can help beginers in spiritual path much. But this book was a huge let down.
I remember reading the first part a few years back and how deeply it had inspired me. I was so desperately hoping to be inspired again but that didn't happen.

I must confess though that after years of conditioning, I still read the book chronologically, but across many days I read the first chapters in one day and took almost a day each for rest of the chapters.
